Available Programs and Funds

The Available Programs and Funds screen allows the lender to see all of the programs in which it participates, as well as the current funds and rates available. Click the Available Programs and Funds link under the Management menu to display the Available Programs and Funds screen.

Funds

Click the Funds Drill Down button    next to the program to display the Funds by Program grid for the selected program.

At the top of the Funds screen information about the program is displayed. (This is the same as the information in the opening Available Programs and Funds screen.) Below that, a grid displays the Funds by Program. This grid is divided into three levels:

• The first level displays the allotments associated with the program. Information includes the name, priority in relation to other allotments, current and available funds, and committed and purchased amounts.
• Clicking the Expand/Contract button  for an allotment reveals the second level, which lists all of the allocations associated to the allotment. This includes its priority in relation to other allocations within the allotment, current and available funds, as well as committed and purchased amounts.
• Clicking the Expand/Contract button  for an allocation reveals the third (and final) level, which lists all of the sources for the allocation. This includes its priority in relation to other sources within the allocation, current and available funds, as well as committed and purchased amounts.

Click the Drill Up button    or the Reset button to return to the opening Available Programs and Funds screen.

Rates

At the top of the Rates screen information about the program is displayed. (This is the same as the information in the opening Available Programs and Funds screen.) Below that, a grid displays all the rates for that program, including the total loan amount and total loan count for each rate. Totals are displayed along the bottom of the grid.

Click the Drill Up button     to return to the opening Available Programs and Funds screen.
