The Funds screen is made up of the Programs
and Funds by Program grids. Click
the Funds drill down button
next to a program in the Available
Programs and Funds screen to display the Funds screen for that program.
The Funds screen is made up of the following fields:
Programs Grid: Lists the program
which is funded by the allotments, allocations, and sources listed
in the Funds by Program grid.
This grid has the same fields as the Programs
grid in the Available Programs
and Funds screen.
Funds by Program Grid: List the allotments, allocations, and sources that fund the program in the Program grid. This grid is divided into the following fields:
Allotment Name: Name of the current allotment.
Priority: Funding priority for the current allotment as set up by the agency.
Current Funds: Current total funds assigned to the current allotment.
Available Funds: Current total funds available from the current allotment for use by the program.
Reserved $: Total funds used in the program.
Purchased $: Total funds for purchase funds in the program.
Click the Expand button next to the allotment
to open the Allocation sub-grid,
which lists all the allocations under the current allotment. (These are
named in the Allocation Name field;
all other grid fields are the same as above.) Click the Expand
button
next to the allocation to view that Source
of the allocation.
To return to the Available Programs and Funds screen, click the Funds field button in the Programs grid to drill up, or click the Reset button in the Action bar.
