Approving Loan Funding

Loans are approved for funding in the Funding Approval screen. Click Funding Approval in the Management menu to display this screen with the Loans grid already populated.

 

Completing the Loan Funding Approval Process

  1. Select the loan to be funded in the Loans grid.

  2. Click the Funding Approve button to display the Loan Details screen.

  1. Review the loan information and make the necessary change(s).

  2. Click the Update button to save the information.

  3. Click the Funding Approve button to display the Funding tab. If errors exist, the Error tab is displayed.

  4. Correct the errors, if applicable, then click the Funding Approve button again.

  5. Review the fees in the Fees grid. To view the details of a specific fee. click on the fee in the grid then click the Fee Details button, if desired.

  6. Click the Close button to return to the Fees grid.

  7. Check the By clicking on the I Approve the Funding of the Loan button, I certify the following: box in the Funding Approval section, then click the I Approve the Funding of the Loan button.

 

The Disbursement tab is displayed, if required. It displays all purchase transactions which occurs during a purchase disbursement, including a breakdown of all sources, funds, and all transactions posted to a loan.
