Modifications to a loan are performed through the Loan Detail screen. The screen is comprised of a number of tabs, some of which may or may not be displayed, depending on the task to be completed and how the screen is accessed.
The Action Bar displays all the actions that can be performed on the current screen. Most of the actions are similar in each Loan Detail tab, although there are a few exceptions. The following are some of the most common actions performed:
Update: Click to save changes made to a loan.
Cancel Loan: Click to cancel a loan. When a loan is cancelled its status changes to Cancelled and the loan becomes read-only.
Add Additional: Click to add an additional loan to a first mortgage loan. This button is only visible if the first mortgage loan program has one or more additional mortgage programs linked to it. Also, the originator of first mortgage should be a participant of related additional programs and these programs should also have a positive amount available.
Confirmation Report: Click to create the Loan Certification report for the current loan.
Choose Another Loan :
Click to return to the screen where the current loan was opened
to select another loan.
