Selecting an Allotment, Allocation or Source

If the program requires the funding source to be selected manually, this must be done prior to entering any other information in the Program Funds screen. 

 

The funding source is selected from the Funds by Program grid. By default, this grid displays all the allotments against which loans can be reserved, including its priority in relation to other allotments, the current and available funds, as well as the committed and purchased amounts.

 

Click the Expand/Contract button  next to an allotment to display all the allocations under that allotment. This also displays all the sources under that allocation, and like the allotment displays the priority, the current and available funds, as well as the committed and purchased amounts.

 

Depending on the requirement, select the Allotment, Allocation or Source against which the loan is to be reserved then click the New Loan button to display the Loan Details screen. (See the section titled Loan Details for further information.)

 

NOTE: The New Loan link is grayed out until a proper funding source is selected.

 

Clicking the Previous or the Choose Another Loan buttons to return to the Loan Cache or Submit Program screen.
