The Loan Details tab is used to enter specific information about a loan during the reservation process or where edits to an existing loan can be made. This screen is divided into the following tabs, each responsible for different loan details.
IMPORTANT: Mandatory
fields are indicated by the Required
symbol . If a mandatory field is
not completed when the information is submitted, a red warning icon is
displayed next to the blue Required
icon (
)
While additional tabs may appear during the reservation process depending on program requirements, the tabs listed are the most common. Other tabs may also appear during the editing process.

A NOTE DURING RESERVATIONS: At any point during the loan reservation process, the loan can be saved by clicking Save Info. This button is only available during loan reservation.
Click the Choose Another Loan
button to return to the
screen from which the loan was chosen to select another loan to work with.
Click the Submit button in the Action bar when the loan is ready to be submitted. If there are any errors in the loan, an error screen is displayed with showing the error. Correct the errors then resubmit the loan.
After the loan is reserved, the user can click the Create Report button to run the Loan Confirmation Report. See the section titled Running Reports for details on the Loan Confirmation Report.
