Immediately after a loan has been successfully created, or at any time prior to the purchase of a loan, the loan can be edited. This is normally performed on the Edit/Update Loan screen, but loan details can be accessed on other screens. These other screen are discussed throughout this document.
To access the Edit/Update Loan screen, click Edit/Update Loan under the Management menu to display the Quick Search Criteria screen. Enter the criteria to search for the loan(s) to be edited/updated then click the Search Loans button. All primary loans matching the criteria entered are displayed in the Loans grid, along with any associated additional loans. To view information on additional loans.
The Loans grid is made up of the following fields:
Loan Number: Number assigned to the loan.
Last Name: Last name of the borrower.
First Name: First name of the borrower.
Lender Number: Number for the lender.
Reservation/Commitment Date: Date the loan was created.
Status: Current status of the loan.
Approved Stage: Current stage of the loan.
Select the loan to be edited/updated in the Loans grid then click the Loan Details button to display the Loan Detail screens.
Click the appropriate tabs and make the necessary changes.
Click the Update
button .
Select the loan for which the report is to be printed in the Loans grid.
Click the Create
Report to Print icon to
open the Loan Confirmation Report for the
loan.
Click the Export
to Excel icon then
click OK to display the File
Download screen.
Click the Open button to display the spreadsheet or click the Save button to save the file to a specified location.
