Rehab

The Rehab tab is displayed if the loan property requires rehab funding. The Rehab grid displays the type of rehab activities to be performed, as well as their loan amount. This screen may include the following fields, depending on agency and loan need:

• Rehab Grid

• Rehab Type: Type of rehabilitation to be performed on the property.

• Amount: Loan amount to apply toward the property rehabilitation. 

• Total Rehab Amount: Total loan amount to be applied towards the property rehab.  

• Refinance Amount: Total amount for which the property is being refinanced, if applicable. 

• Total Amount: Total amount of the loan, calculated by adding the Total Rehab Amount and the Refinance Amount.

Adding a Rehab Type

1. Click the Add button below the grid and display a Rehab pop-up window.

2. Select a Rehab Type from the dropdown menu then enter the amount for the rehab.

3. Click the OK button to add the rehab to the Rehab grid.

Deleting a Rehab Type

1. Select the rehab type to be deleted in the Rehab grid.

2. Click the Delete button below the grid.
