Users with access to the Single Family Program Association module can determine which fields appear on this screen using the Field Layout tab of the Program Association screen. (Program > Programs menu > Program Association > Field Layout)
Otherwise, optional fields come from the Optional Table [1-25] fields and Optional Loan Fields SF tables of the SF Tables module.
