The HAF Info tab displays information about the HAF loan. Once the loan has been committed, HAF fields can be edited, if necessary. A HAF loan can be added to the loan in two ways:
Click the New
HAF Loan button from
the New
Loan Commitment screen then select
a loan to which to add the HAF The HAF
Info tab is then available in the selected loan.
Click the Add
Additional button
while in a loan's maintenance record then, if necessary, select the
HAF program from the Program Selection screen.
The HAF Info tab displays all the HAF loan components and may potentially include the following fields, depending on how the HAF program is set up:
ECA: Indicates that the Equity Contribution Assistance (ECA) portion of the HAF is available to the borrower, if available, and if checked.
Between/And: Range of amount of the ECA portion of the HAF available to the borrower.
ECA Amount: Exact ECA amount of the HAF available to the borrower. This must be within the range specified in the Between and And fields. For example, Between [1000] And [5000] indicates that the Amount can be somewhere between $1000 and $5000 for any loan reserved under the current program.
MPA: Indicates that the MPA portion of the HAF is available to the borrower.
Amounts/X Months: MPA Amounts as defined by the current program
Total MPA Amount: Total for all the MPA amounts.
Total Loan Amount: Total HAF assistance amount for the loan. This field is read-only.
Housing Choice Voucher: Indicates that the system checks the loan against ILOG voucher rules, if checked.
