The Data View & Download Tool has a list of default fields, as well as, a list of additional fields that can be accessed by clicking the Field List button on the tool bar. Drag and drop fields from here to create a desired view. The fields presently available include:
Additional Loan Amount: Loan amount required for the additional loan.
Additional Loan Program: Program under which the additional loan is reserved.
Agency: Name of the agency working with the loan.
Allotment Name: Name of the allotment against which the loan is reserved.
Allocation Name: Name of the allocation against which the loan is reserved.
Annual 8396 Basis: The maximum MCC credit that a borrower can get from their annual tax.
Approved Stage: The most recently approved stage of the loan. Stages are defined in Programs > Program > Stages.
Borrower Age: Age of the loan's borrower at the time of the loan.
Borrower Ethnicity: The ethnicity of the borrower.
Borrower First Name: The borrower's first name.
Borrower First Time Buyer: Whether or not the borrower is a first-time buyer. A first-time buyer is someone who has not owned and occupied their principal place of residence (in any county) for a period of at least three (3) years from the closing date of the bond program loan.
Borrower Gender: The borrower's gender.
Borrower Last Name: The borrower's last name.
Borrower Marital Status: The borrower's marital status.
Borrower Occupation: The borrower's occupation.
Borrower Race: The borrower's race.
Certificate Credit Amount: The total MCC amount credited to the borrower. Only for MCC program loans.
Certified Indebtedness Amount: The amount of indebtedness specified in the Mortgage Compliance Certificate (MCC) and incurred by a taxpayer to either acquire his or her principal residence, make qualified home improvements on that residence, or make a qualified rehabilitation of that residence. This will equal the current loan amount. Only for MCC program loans.
CLTV Ratio: Combined Loan-To-Value ratio. The percentage ratio of the loan amount to the appraised value.
CO Date: Date the Certificate of Occupancy was issued.
Commitment Lot End Date: Last date on which a loan can be reserved using an allotment marked as a commitment lot.
Commitment Lot Start Date: First date on which a loan can be reserved using an allotment marked as a commitment lot.
Compliance Specialist: The name of the Compliance Specialist assigned to the loan.
County AMI Amount: The county's Area Median Income (AMI) amount.
County AMI ratio: The borrower's household income to state AMI ratio. Using this, the agency can determine whether a borrower qualifies for a particular program.
Credit Qualifying Monthly Income: Total monthly income used to qualify the borrower(s) for the loan, as verified by loan Underwriter.
Credit Rate: The rate specified by the issuer for the MCC. Only for MCC program loans.
Days: The number of days from the Reservation to the 'To' of the Milestone that has the Completion checkbox checked.
Desc: The description for any additional date being tracked by the agency in relation to the program.
Exceptions Date: Date after the file was reviewed and put into exception.
Expiration Date: Loan Expiration Date
Extension Date: package resubmitted date. Read-only.
FICO Score: Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) determined credit risk score for of the borrower.
First Year Interest: The total amount of interest during the first year. Displays the product of the loan Certified Indebtedness Amount times the loan Interest Rate, rounded to 2 decimal digits. Read only field. Only visible for MCC program loans.
GAP Amount: Amount provided by the GAP source.
GAP Source: Source providing the GAP amount.
Household Size: Total number of people in the borrower's household.
Interest Rate: Interest rate for the loan.
Last Cancel Date: Last date the loan was cancelled.
Loan Allocated Amount: The total amount allocated for the loan.
Loan Amount: Amount reserved for the loan.
Loan Assistance Amount: The total amount of assistance received for the loan.
Loan Assistance Percent: The percentage amount of the assistance for the loan.
Loan Cancel Date: Date the loan was moved to the status of Cancelled.
Loan Closing Date: Date the loan was moved to the status of Closed.
Loan Compliance Date: Date the loan was moved to the Compliance stage.
Loan Estimated Closing Date: Date the loan is expected to close.
Loan First Stage Date: Date the loan entered the current working stage.
Loan Lender: The lender under which the loan was reserved.
Loan Number: Loan number assigned to the loan by the agency.
Loan Officer First Name: First name of the loan officer responsible for the loan.
Loan Officer Last Name: Last name of the loan officer responsible for the loan.
Loan Rejected Date: Date the loan was marked as Rejected.
Loan Stage Date: Date the loan entered the current stage.
Loan Status: Current status of the loan.
Loan Type: Type of loan (ex., First Loan, Rehab Loan).
Loan Underwriting Date: Date the loan was underwritten.
MCC Issue Date: Date the mortgage credit certificate was issued. Only for MCC program loans.
MCC Number: The Mortgage Credit Certificate loan number. Only for MCC program loans.
Package Received Date: Date the loan package was received from the originator.
Package Sent Date: Date the loan package was sent from the agency to the servicer after processing.
Program Final Certificate Date: Date of delivery from master servicer to trustee.
Program Issuer Date: The date when the program details were originally entered.
Program Name: Program against which the loan is reserved.
Program Start Date: Date the program information was entered. This is the first date on which loan can be created.
Program Total HH Income: Total Income for the household as stated by the requirements of the current program.
Program Type: The type of program (ex., First Mortgage Program, MCC Program).
Property Address: The loan property's address.
Property Acquisition Price: The price for which the property is to be sold.
Property Building Type: The type of building to which the loan applies (ex., Single Family, Condo).
Property Category: The loan property's category (ex., New Home, Rehab).
Property Census Block: The census block in which the loan property is located.
Property Census Tract: The census tract in which the loan property is located.
Property City: The city in which the loan property is located.
Property County: The county in which the loan property is located.
Property Designated Disaster Area: Whether or not the loan property is in a designated disaster area.
Property Foreclosed: Whether or not the property has been foreclosed upon.
Property Purchase Price: Full purchase price of the loan property.
Property Region: Region in which the loan property is located.
Property State: State in which the loan property is located.
Property Target: The loan property's target status.
Property ZIP Code: ZIP code in which the loan property is located.
Reinstate Date: Date when loan was reinstated.
Servicer: Entity responsible for servicing the loan.
Servicer CUSIP Number: Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) number for the funding source and series against which the loan is reserved.
Servicer Investor Amount: Amount for which the loan was sold to a trustee.
Servicer Investor Date: Date the loan was sold to a trustee.
Servicer Pool Amount: Amount for which the loan was pooled.
Servicer Pool Date: Date when the loan made part of the loan pool.
Servicer Pool Number: The servicer-assigned identification number of the loan pool.
Servicer Pool Type: The type of loan pool.
Servicer Purchase Amount: Amount for which the servicer purchased the loan.
Service Purchase Date: Date the servicer purchased the loan.
Source Name: Name of the funding source of the loan.
